| Imagine a place where kids want to learn, adults have the time to help, and everybody feels like they're making a difference... The Stand-By-Me Mentoring Program, now serves more than 400 at-risk kids in grades K-12 and is a beautiful example of a community coming together to raise its children. You can change a child's life. A Message from Executive Director, Kathy Witkowicki "Our hope is that every mentee will graduate from high school and have the ability to follow their dreams. We have no idea what life changes will be brought about for these children because of their involvement in mentoring. But this we do know - diversity is being celebrated, and we are bridging the gap in the cultural divide. Our next goal is to encourage all of these children to come back after graduation, and PAY IT FORWARD by becoming a mentor themselves...a wonderful way to pass it on!" View our latest Video Here |
